Infiniti, started officially in North America on November 8, 1989 as a luxury car of Japanese automaker Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. Today, it serves in 15 countries with more than 230 and since grown to include Mexico, the Middle East, South Korea, Russia, Switzerland, China and Ukraine. The center of the engine is placed behind the front wheels and this placement makes weight distribution more even, which is intended to improve braking, acceleration, and handling which reduces the polar moment of inertia also. Like BMW, Audi and Lexus, Infiniti still trails competing marques in brand recognition and popularity today and similarly the brand has won the respect and praise of buyers and automotive journalists.
